Good reasons to write
- Something is not working. Tell us which format, what you did, and what happened. A screenshot and the name of your phone or browser help a lot.
- You need a format we do not have. Tell us what it is used for and attach a sample if you can. Requests decide what we build next.
- You found a mistake in a document layout, a calculation or a guide. We fix these first.
- Business enquiries, including advertising.
What we cannot do
- We cannot see or recover your documents. They are created and saved only in your own browser and never reach us. If you cleared your browser data, the saved details are gone.
- We cannot give tax, accounting or legal advice. Please ask your accountant or lawyer about your own case.
